Livingston Business & Professional Women are now accepting applications for the 2010 Anne Barker Scholarship, for non-traditional continuing education students. The scholarship is $600.

The $600 award may be used for continuing education and fees. The application requires short answers concerning educational goals, community and extracurricular activities and work experience.

Although the $600 scholarship is primarily intended for continuing education students, it might also be used for adult education classes,Vo-Tech instruction or required education for professionals.

The scholarship money does not have to be used at an educational facility in Montana.It is to be used for any semester through May, 2011.

Criteria:

  • Minimum 25 years of age; woman or man
  • Park County resident minimum of 2 years
  • Verifiable financial need
  • Two letters of recommendation regarding your abilities and potential
  • Copy of 2009 tax return
